B2Evolution Port to WordPress

    I have used the script recommended to port a B2Evolution blog to WordPress. It mostly worked except that it didn’t port the comments. I’ve noticed some other posts from folks asking a similar question but I don’t see an answer.

    Does anyone have any insight on this problem?

    Bit of an update. It did move all the comments over but it didn’t differentiate between comments and trackbacks and for some reason doesn’t show comments count at the top level.

    Also, the porting tool did port the users over.

    Okay. I’ve been updating the script for porting b2evolution to WP2.0.6. So far I have all the comments coming over and the posts with all available fields and the users with most of the available fields. I’m stuck on the wp_capabilities entry and am confused on how this actually works…

    Fixed wp_capabilities. Now I need someplace to put the porting file?
