Fatal error: Allowed memory size of

    I have just upgraded to 3.3.2 and have the error:
    “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 10200 bytes) in /home/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 258”
    when attempting to upload files. I have tried all of the suggestions listed here in the forums; editing config file to 64M, .htaccess, editing and moving php.ini, getting host to upgrade php specs. I have exhausted every suggestion available, any more suggestions apart from moving to Drupal?
