[Plugin: Better WP Security] Plugin causes blank website just saying 'error'

    The “error” message actually means the plugin is doing it’s job. It is locking out the host most likely due to too many 404 errors. This means you have 2 options….

    1.) Cleanup the 404s thereby stopping the lockouts and improving SEO
    or
    2.) Turn off the 404 intrusion detection on the “Intrusion Detection” screen.

    Disable the Pluging Better WP Security and my Control Panel and WEB is blank.

    Please help me.

    having the same error, just disable 404 intrusion and you should be fine.

    How do I disable 404 intrusion if I can’t access my website?

    Either log onto your web server with FTP and remove the Better WP security plugin from the ‘wp-content > plugin’ folder (which will disable it – you can then log in and re-install it). Or if you have not been added to the banned IP list, just wait for 15 minutes until you are no longer banned.
