[Plugin: WP SlimStat] No data after fresh installation wp slimstat

    Hello,

    I have installed WP SlimStat 2.8 on Wordpres 3.3.2 and i am not getting any error message at all. So the installation is succesfull. When i take a look in the dashboard then non of the fields are filled with data (i get: no data to show).

    This evening i will take a look if there are database tables created. What can i do when no database tables are created? Ofcourse i can mannualy create them (i think) but it would be more nice to change the settings of the server this way that when i install more plugins the database tables which are needed are created by that particular plugin or are created by WordPress. What setting do i need to change for that?

    Update:

    No database tables are created. Strange, other plugins do create database tables.

    What to do to solve this issue?

    Hi there,

    is this a multisite (WordPress MU) installation? WP SlimStat may fail to initialize the database on large networks of blogs.

    If that’s not the case, a little more information on your environment may be helpful:

    – php version
    – mysql version
    – mysql error log
    – disk space available
    – php memory limit

    Thanks for the fast feedback. It was my own bad… I didn’t gave the db user the right settings. So issue solved and nothing wrong with the plugin. Now i have to find out how everything works. 🙂
