expand collapse menu

    Hi,

    I’m struggling with the sidebar menu.

    I don’t know I sould use pages or posts for my site.
    I want a expandable menu like this

    A menu
    A1
    A2
    A3
    A4

    B menu
    B1
    B2

    But at normal state the menu is collapse, such like this:
    A menu
    B menu

    When I click on A menu it expands.
    A menu
    A1
    A2
    A3
    A4

    B menu

    How to do this? Anyone knows a theme that can do this?

    And why I can’t choose a category when I write a page? When I write a post I can choose a category.

    Scratch that, misread, you said menu.. slaps self.. sorry about that sigh..

    Thanks for posting that Rok. =) Lastnight I just couldn’t find it, and I was too tired and my tooth was killing me. =( Thanks again.. 😉 I’ll store that in my link.txt file now.. 😉

    Yeah lol.. well, I really needed the help that other night lol. I do have Podz’s urls down some where.. but just was in too much tooth pain, to think straight sigh.. Anyways.. thanks again!

    Hopefully the O.P. comes around and lets “us” know if that works for them or not.. =/

    Re. O.P. he should write about “if the solution helped him or not and wheather he has any problems in installing. I hope there shouldn’t be any, as the script is quite very easy to install.

    Hi–I’m not sure about the guy that started this query, but I appreciate ya’ll a lot for directing me to that. But I have a question about the code–in the tutorial, it mentions that the li/ul script is attatched to the sidebar code, and at that point I realized that the author was using it to collapse the archive, pages, and category parent tags. But what about the individual categories? I have like 10 main categories with multiple subcategories beneath that, and what I’d like to do is have the main categories be collapsed by default. But I don’t know where to look in the wpress template code I have for those individual categories to attribute the css tags to.

    Sorry to jump into the middle of this thread with no warning, but I’m hoping you can clarify this for me. Thanks.

    @sathinks, you might want to start a new thread for yourself.. =) And then be more specific as to what you have started, and done with whatever ok..?
