Contact Form 7 with Double Opt-In

    Hello,

    is there a simple way to integrate a confirmation link in CF7?
    First I would like to send a confirmation email that only goes to the visitors. If the visitor has confirmed his e-mail I will send all the Form-Informations to the Admin. Is it possible?

    And is there a plugin which displays all form entries? Possibly with management?
