How to add adsense in the header ( see example)

    Hi everyone,
    I would like to ask a question: I think many of you know paid theme for adsense – CTR theme. I am currently using yoko theme for my websites.
    I would like to add a header with adsense like in example http://limohireprices.net/ , (where we have ads by google, hiro limo , limo hire etc.. )
    Any ideas how to do that? Should i change something in my header.php? Please let me know if anyone knows answer, or maybe someone already answered in similar topic.

    For commercial themes you should get support from the vendor.

    No , you did not understand me, I am using free theme yoko, but i want to get the result like on commercial ctr. I am sure it is easily resolved by some codes , but i need a proper explanation 🙂
