Change of hosting.. please help

Hello,

Im very new to wordpress and have no idea what i need to do.

I’m trying to transfer hosting for a wordpress site. The old hosting doesnt exist anymore, all I have is the content from the old hosting account. I do have the .sql database from the old hosting.

I’ve tried installing wordpress on the new hosting. But thats all I know.. dont know what to do next.

I want to get the old wordpress site up and running in the new hosting account.

Please help guys…
