[Plugin: WP Easy Gallery] increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize to 33M

Hi There,
Just upgraded to WP Easy Gallery Pro, and keep getting “increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize to 33M” error. How to fix this on WordPress, and GoDaddy servers? I can’t locate the Php.ini file anywhere.
