[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Can I restore forms from old installation (not backup)?

    Hello – I migrated my WP site to a new host without realizing that I needed to use a backup feature within this plug-in to be able to migrate my forms. Due to issues with WP, I do not have WP Admin access to the old site but I do have FTP and phpMyAdmin access.

    Is there a way to restore my forms without having the si-contact-form back up?

    it is possible you would have to export/import all the rows from the WordPress settings database table with this prefix si_contact_form

    make sure you backup your database before trying anything like this

    after the import be sure to go to the form edit page for each form you are using and modify the redirect URLs if your old site had a different domain name
