[Plugin: Modal Dialog] contact 7 shortcode not working

    Hello,
    This plugin is just what I was looking for! I have set it up for a manual trigger so it opens when a link is clicked, as per another forum post. I have entered text and a contact 7 form shortcode in the dialog contents.
    The dialog opens correctly and my text is there, but I get this error for the contact 7 form:
    [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]
    I can use the same form on a regular page and see it without error.
    Any ideas what could cause this and how to fix it?

    Sorry for the lack of response on this issue until now. After doing a bit of research. Contact Form 7 has changed something with their shortcode processing that is causing this problem.

    One way to get around it is to remove the quotes around the parameters. For example:

    [contact-form-7 id=4]

    I am trying to find a more elegant solution but at least this might get you up and running.
