    my website link is link

It’s all about (or rather, mostly) to do with CSS. Brush up on your CSS, look at what they’ve done with their CSS and get some inspiration.

Use the Javascript Console in Chrome (or, if you are using Firefox, use Firebug) to analyse the page and see how they have put it all together.

You may have to set permissions on your CSS style sheet, but you may even just be able to jump into the WordPress admin and go to Appearance -> Editor.

    Hope that helps

One more thing, the source code of Digital Inspiration is a mess! That tells me they have employed a designer who has totally hacked that theme to bits to get it to a design they wanted.

I am not so expert, but I can try to analyze the page…
The menu with “about, how-to, guide…” is simply aligned to left, and not centered, and it has a different font…
In my opinion you have to play with google chrome and with the developer tools
So you can analyze the target page and understand the how-to.
After you’ll have to edit your theme option from the Editor.

By the way my advice is to do not copy another web site, but to try to have a different interface in order to be unique and recognizable!
The posts on your blog look good, so why you want to be the copy of something else?
    Be unique ^_^
