How can I have a page without post comments form?

    My site is not a blog site. I do not need the “Leave a Reply” form on selected pages such as Contact Us page. By the way, every time I create a page this form automatically included.

    How can I remove the Leave a Reply form?

    If you have no intention of making post that would include comments you can disable comments by going to the Dashboard > Settings > Discussion

    I tried on Discussion, but no way can remove it. Can you tell me which need to be checked or unchecked? Thanks.
