Media Galler Errors

Greetings,

I am attempting to upload 8 images that are less then 1.5 megs each. When uploading them, they get to 98% then I get this error message:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\wfhome\wfusco\mydoamin.com\wp-includes\media.php on line 431

and this one
Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\wfhome\wfusco\mydomain.com\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 514

Any ideas what is causing this and how I can correct it?
