[Plugin: Post title marquee scroll] post title marquee scroll settings fail

Plug in does not filter and display as expected.

Will only display one post for me no matter what the settings (if I set it to display 3 posts it displays the same post 3 times).

‘Post orderby’ must be set to ID or empty… when empty it displays one post, when set to ID it displays another… any other setting and nothing is displayed at all.
If I put anything in category it also displays nothing.

Not sure what to try to make it work.
