Homepage not loading because of Java problem [urgent]

There is a problem that is now preventing my homepage to load:

The problem is related to the slider.

1. A month ago a slider had issues sliding the images of the 5 main articles published. The homepage was not loading so I deactived the sliding option and kept it static (only the last main article featured)

2. Two days ago it started to do the same but with the sliding option deactivade. Nothing changed.

3. The images featured are from the category that I choose (eg I have a category for Main articles and only those are featured).

4. I trashed some articles published on that day and the homepage was working. Articles not filed under that category. What could be the link then if the slider is not interacting with that category?

The problem seems to get worse, I really need help with this
