[Plugin: WP Document Revisions] Capability switches to trigger document edit,read or hidden in docum

    I have set up a role to access only selected documents and applied that role to a user profile. I then applied the role to some documents. However it seems to be only by toggling the capabilities “read_private_documents” edit _private_documents” that impacts on whether the document can be seen and / or edited. Applying one role or another makes no difference to its visibility
    Am I missing something?
    Do you have sample roles with the capabilities set to interact with the documents which might help to understand what is going on.

    I think my question here is answered by the post here.
    resolved] wp-document-revisions setting up teams/visibility roles In which case I’ve been a bit quick off the mark with my question. Thanks and apologies.
