[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Sitemap.xml does appear to work with FishPig Magento integration

    If you disable the integration, does it work?

    Sorry I should have tried that first really! Yes it works perfectly. Looks like its one for me to pass to their support.

    All the integration does is make the wordpress use magento theme. Why would that break your plugin? Their integration supports “All In One SEO” and produces its own sitemap but nothing as good as your plugin hence the reason for trying to use yours.

    Any ideas or pointers why it might stop it working?

    They’re probably doing something nasty to the rewrite, like flushing it on each pageview… Closing as resolved here, please take it up with them!
