Any way to use an images `keywords' as tags

    Hi
    I was wondering if there was a way or a plugin that would allow the keywords already attached to an image to be used as the `tags’ for the image post.

    I am using a Tumblr like theme for photo posts so if it’s possible to take the image keywords and automatically make them `tags’ it would be easier.
