• I continue to get a fatal error when indexing a site. This is site that has a very large database and I don’t know if that is the issue.

This is the error I am receiving:
    FastCGI Error

The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.
    Error Details:

The FastCGI process exceeded configured request timeout
    Error Number: 258 (0x80070102).
Error Description: The wait operation timed out.
HTTP Error 500 – Server Error.
    Internet Information Services (IIS)

Some is getting indexed, this is what I have:

    State of the Index

    Documents in the index: 520
    Highest post ID indexed: 27236

    Thanks for your time.

A timeout is not a fatal problem, but something to expect. You should be able to continue indexing by clicking “Continue indexing”. It can take several clicks to get everything indexed, but then again, you don’t need to do that often.

I have continued to try and I have tried changed the number of documents and it does not add any after I try to “continue indexing”.

Do you have any other suggestions, because continuing to try to “continue indexing” is not working.

    thanks.

How many posts you have in total? How many there should be in the index?

If the indexing is stuck on a certain post, it may be that the next post to be indexed (next after 27236, which is currently the highest post ID in the index) has something that Relevanssi can’t handle.
