[Plugin: Meta Box] Include the files directly in the theme, not as pluign

Hello,

I’m trying to include the plugin directly into the theme, i.e. not installing it as a plugin, but rather copy all the required files into the theme and include them via functions.

I remember the times when I had to do that before the code became the plugin. Now, I’m a bit confused how to do that and what are the required files. I would hugely appreciate if you could help me out with that!
