[Plugin: Ajax Event Calendar] Month picker now showing up and header not laying out correctly | WordPress.org

I’m having an issue with the header row not displaying the month picker and the year picker being pushed down and showing up partially covered by the previous/next arrows.

Disabled and enabled plugins and found that there appears to be a conflict with Gravity Forms, I’ll look further, any thoughts appreciated.
