 * I want to mention, that the following message is sent right from the OpenAI, 
   and not from our plugin:
   _The model `gpt-4o` does not exist or you do not have
   access to it._
 * Most presumably, the problem comes from your OpenAI account.
   Please check whether
   you have enough balance for the given model there or not.This model is paid/chargeable
   and has a minimum limit.
 * Please note, that this case is connected to your OpenAI account. 
   We checked 
   and noticed that the plugin normally works on our end and sends the request to
   OpenAI.
 * Please check the Open AI Settings and get back to us.
 * By the way, as you are using the Pro version of the plugin, you are welcome to
   contact us via [this form](https://ays-pro.com/contact) for premium support.
