    8 Stars showing (top score is 5 out of 8 stars, not 5 out of 5)

    The plugin is displaying a total of 8 stars, this should be 5 stars. When you click on the single product page it then shows 5 stars, (5 out of 5) which is correct. However, on the category page it shows 8 stars – this is wrong, it gives the impression that the review was not the highest rating.

    See the link I have provided to the page showing the bug. Once you open that page and you see the problem, then click to open the actual single product page, there you will see it displays ok, but not on previous page.

    Assistance from anyone would be extremely grateful, thank you.

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    There is a custom CSS code on your site that causes the issue, screenshot https://imgur.com/VkHkD4D

    You can remove it and recheck the issue.

    No, that didn’t fix it, upon closer inspection of the rating stars, it appears the problem is the gold stars from the plugin not being positioned to the left where the standard WooCommerce stars are positioned.

    When zooming in on the image of the stars, it becomes clear that they are overlayed and out of alignment.

    I need some CSS code to turn of the default WooCommerce review stars and then align the CusRev stars to be either left or central.

    Hi,

    The star rating in the list of products is mostly controlled by your theme style, our plugin does not handle this. You can contact your theme support to get further assistance.
    If you think it is related to our plugin, you can deactivate it for a while and recheck this.
