• Hey, I’m using the tint free theme by themes kingdom, I tried posting on their forum but unfortinately it’s only possible via paid memebership. I don’t mind paying for themes, I’ve donated to bytesforall because Ive used their themes on so many of my websites. But this theme takes the p***, there are so many bugs in it that I had to fix myself, but this IE bug I can’t wrap my head around.

    site is http://www.rentaltablets.co.uk

All the text appears bold on internet explorer. Anyone have a clue what it might be?

    Cheers

If fixing those errors does not fix it, see Conditional Comment CSS.

But why are you using a theme that you know is garbage code?

thanks for the asnwer, because I’m completely out of my depth here (my css knowledge is very basic). I’m going to throw in the towel and try out a diferent theme.

I guess it’s the commitment thing, when you spend time working with something you feel more and more connected with it and find it hard to let it go. The makers created this theme as a giveaway in order to market their premium themes. But they’ve done a really lousy job with it.

Initially it looked nice, but now I’m getting tired of it.. The changing slides are also an issue a lot of users do not sit and wait through all the slides, so it’s important to have static homepage with all the information out there instead of on rotating slides.

I’ll be looking for other corporate themes to use.
