Line Number 10, Column 1:
the contents of sitemap.xml follows – i believe it is still the last one generated by the other plugin, which is disabled.

UPDATE:
your plugin was actually not even activated, even though i tried. i just checked again, and when i try to activate the plugin, after quite a few seconds, i get this error message:
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
i don’t know if it tries to generate the sitemap upon activation. this site has > 200K posts, fyi. but obviously i want to limit the sitemap to a reasonable number, as i could with the google sitemap generator (even though it still doesn’t work).
