[Plugin: Easy Contact Forms] Can't edit select or radio group options

I am trying to use the select field, but there isn’t a way, that I can find, to edit the option names. For example if I want to have someone choose a color, I would use a select drop down or radio group with each color name, not option 1, option 2, option 3. so how do I change the option name and value?
