    Links
    I have the “Add both a YouTube and an Easy YouTube-link.” option enabled, but they’re not showing up. Even if I use “Add YouTube-link.” I don’t see any extra link. Video loads fine though.

    I would link you, but I was testing this locally, but I can tell you that while the iframe shows up, nothing in it or after it shows links in the code.

    It’s a great feature especially since I would really like to make the site accessible, props for adding it.

    Other options don’t seem to be working for me either. No matter what size player I choose, it’s still the same size and it won’t Center for me.

    seems the problem is with the fact your link isn’t triggering wp youtube lyte, probably because the ‘v’ in ‘httpv’ is missing? e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EECh0UVsGV8 will trigger the default youtube embed in wordpress (which indeed does not have the links or centering), but httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EECh0UVsGV8 will make all OK. hope this helps!

    Hi Artychan;
    Does using ‘httpv’ indeed solve your problems?

    ah yes, looks like that was the problem. Didn’t know there was a default youtube embed in the WP.org version.

    Sadly, it looks like no one has been working on Easy Youtube for a few years now if the copyright is any indication so it doesn’t seem to work with Youtube anymore… I found a list of a couple of other websites that do something similar: http://webaxe.blogspot.ca/2011/03/accessible-youtube-html5-video.html

    and povidi worked for me (Easy Youtube and majestyc didn’t in Firefox or Chrome), so I’m wondering if it’d be possible to update the plugin with a link using another accessible player, possibly povidi

    OK, that’s interesting! I’ll check up on Easy Youtube. If the problem can’t get fixed, I’ll look into replacing it with povidi.

    hi artychan;
    did some tests, don’t see any issues in FF12 or 13b with Easy Youtube. Can you give me an example where it does not work and a description of how it fails?

    kind regards,
    frank

    Huh, you’re right, it’s working again, but only if I manually load it. If I try to pre-load the file, then it stops working again for me in FF12. Works in Chrome, Safari and Opera though, so maybe it’s just my Firefox acting up (or could be specific to FF12 on MAC).

    So, I’m wondering, did preload work for you in FF?

    Here’s the link that I tried: http://icant.co.uk/easy-youtube/?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6GaPkkGZGw
