my blog is down

someone told me to go to Options and change my web url and my wordpress url so i did.

i did this because i wanted wordpress inside my already existing website. so someone said…’instead of doing all that editing, just repoint the urls’

so i played with it…originally it looked something like this..

http://www.paintlessbusiness.com/wordpress

…and this was for both web url and blog url.

so i changed it and it gave me this 404 error i think it was…and now..when i log into my blog…omg it looks like html and just html…templates gone …there is nothing to this site now…i can’t even bring up http://www.paintlessbusiness.com/wordpress properly.

someone out there smark enough to figure this out?
