WP messing up my code.

    Hey y’all. When I post, wordpress has a tendency to mess up my html, and add in way, way too many extra tags. It gets so cluttered that it can’t keep trakc of itself, and things happen like my whole front page going bold, and my being unable to erradicate the bit of code causing it.

    What the hell?

    Is there any way that I can get WP to stop? Something like a “don’t fuck with me” option? I’d like to be able to just write my html in the post. I’ve tried using the source editor, and it usually helps a little bit, but not enough.

    It sounds like you are entering raw HTML into the WYSIWYG editor pane. Is this the case?

    If so, you need to go to USERS for your account, and deselect the “Use the visual rich editor when writing” option.
