• After making my site live in my root directory, I have started adding both the internal and external links, only to encounter a problem:

    1) The pages have a bright blue weblink (hex reference) which is want I want.

    2) But the posts links don’t change colour and are very dark.

Which template php, or style part do I need to change in my editor to make sure both pages and posts show the same colour for weblinks?

After making my site live in my root directory

How exactly did you do that?

esmi – I moved it from my subdirectory to my main root directory.

Weblinks show as same colour in visual editor for both, but when live, they are two very different colours for posts and pages.

I moved it from my subdirectory to my main root directory.

    How? By following Moving_WordPress?

You kept telling me to keep it in subdirectory, but I didn’t want to do that.

    1) Changed the URLs
    2) Moved all files into root directory
    3) Search and replace on database to new url
    4) Renamed plugin folder so I could log in.
    5) Logged in to new url
    6) Reverted plugin folder to correct name
    7) Activated all the plugins again
    8) Loaded rewrite script
    *new main site live*

    Works like a charm
