• Hi,

    I was just wanted to disable all plugins and re enable them again since I just install my new database, so I thought it might be a better idea to do so.

    Now my website down I can’t do anything

    Please help!

  • FTP into your website open the .htaccess file in the root and delete everything that isn’t contained within:

    # BEGIN WordPress
    
    # END WordPress

    Otherwise delete the .htaccess file but you will need to redo any custom permalink settings after.

    You just installed a new database? Does WP know the username and password for the new database? How did you install the new database and what happened to the old database?

    Are they both there? Try pointing back to the old database and see if everything recovers.
