MM Forms not displaying form on localhost Webmatrix Platform

    I installed the MM Forms Community plugin on a local computer running the Webmatrix platform and have created all the relevant folders and made them writable before activating the plugin. However when I open my contact page nothing is displayed. No fields, nothing. Just an empty page. And yes I am referencing the correct form using the square brackets in the HTML of my contact page. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, activating, reactivating but nothing doing.

    Note: I am no stranger to MM forms and am using it successfully on several online hosted websites without any problems.

    Could anyone be kind enough to offer an explanation why MM forms wont display in the Webmatrix installation of WordPress?
