[Plugin: Content Aware Sidebars] sidebar not being displayed

i setup this plugin and created my first side bar with no problem at it worked perfectly.

i setup several more and not one of them is displaying as i would expect.

i have double and triple checked what i have done and i can not see a setup issue.

the first sidebar was for border trips and works as you can see

next i setup a side bar for videos and populated the sidebar and for the life of e i can not get it to display.
