My WordPress sites aren't listing in Google (This is a unique issue!)

    Hi. I have 3 websites, lynnylens.com, roofclean.pro, and lynwebdesign.com

    The problem is with lynnylens.com and roofclean.pro, that they don’t show up in google, and the only way they can be found is to search by the website name, like “lynnylens.com”. If I search by lynny lens (I have the Only lynny lens) and if I search by keywords, title, description, and content words, and also by quoting the title, I can’t find it on google no matter what, only way is to search by website name.

    But with lynwebdesign, I can find it by searching Lyn Web Design, which surprised me.

    Why aren’t my other two sites showing? Is it a plugin that is preventing it? I have done a robots.txt, added the nofollow fixer plugin, submitted my sitemap to google, submitted individual address directories, all that for both sites, lynnylens and roofclean, but still no go.

    I did the work and compared the results from the lynnylens.com and from roofclean.pro, and since lynwebdesign.com has a lot of the same plugins, and it’s showing on google the way I want it, I deleted all those same plugins from the list below of results.

    So the only plugin it shares is sharethis (the others were not used in the list below because they are not causing issues in lynwebdesign.com, but it’s inactive on roofclean.pro and active on lynnylens, so I have doubts that that’s it

    Could it be that I have a lot of keywords in both roofclean.pro and lynnylens than I do in lynwebdesign? I use Yoast SEO for all three.

    What could it be?

    Hmm… well, you are appearing in results if you use the site: operator, so your site’s not being blocked.

    Have you connected your site to Google Webmaster Tools yet? That system provides a number of diagnostic tools for, in a sense, seeing what Google sees about your site.

    Looking at your robots.txt, it looks like your sitemap record is pointing to another sitemap which itself points to roofclean.pro. Dunno if that’s significant, but it might be a possible issue.

    I’d also suggest taking a look at Google’s help site, which has info on their index guidelines. If your site isn’t meeting those guidelines, it could have an adverse effect on your site’s rank.
