[Plugin: Rich Text Tags] H2, UL and other tags are not working

I am using version 1.5.2 on wordpress 3.3.2. It is not working for several tags such as h2, ul, li…. In the front end it wipe out the format. It is noted that the strong and em tag are working.
Could you please fix it? Thanks
