[Plugin: CMS Tree Page View] tree view suddenly stopped working

I’ve been doing some coding in admin, and suddenly tree view stopped working. I’ve done a thorough diff of my code before/after and can’t see anything that seems it would have an effect … I’ve just been adding metaboxes and the like.

I tried deinstall/reinstall and rolling back to previous versions, but the problem occurs with WP 3.3.1 and 3.3.2, CMS tree page view 0.8.11 and 0.8.10.

I’ve posted a screenshot of the results I’m getting here. Would dearly appreciate any suggestions!
