Adding the logo to the wp menu

Hello there.
I am trying to add a image to the right side of the wp menu, as a theme I downloaded Simon WP Framework.
Here is the menu code:

There was the search part, I commented it out and tried to add an image insted like

First I tried it using inside CSS but did not succeeded.

Any idea how to manage this?
