Notepad drop down?

I have looked for ToDo lists and what not but have not found anything I care for. I would like to know if anyone knows of something like a drop down from the top bar that gives you something as simple as a notepad to just type into?

I want to be able to make lists of things to do on the site, but nothing detailed where I have to have dates, and titles and body and extra crap. I have a lot on my plate and just want something easy – without doing it on my computer.
