Archive Pages inside the menu editor.

Hey Guys,

I’ve been trying to add archives to the menu editor screen in the same way as categories can be added. So instead of category name I could pick up archive for each month and add it accordingly. Unfortunately I ended up with nothing – I can’t find any plugin and I failed hard while trying to code it with custom meta boxes for the menu editor.

Have any of you guys ever solved similar problem? Please note that I’m not looking for a hard-coded or custom links solution. Ideally (and if possible) I’d like to be able to drag and drop them.
