New Installation of template and wordpress "cannot modify headers"

Site: http://www.murciapropertyfinder.co.uk
Have just purchased new template and installed WP and I cant get past the login page as it is showing the following:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/14/d399550539/htdocs/wordpress/wp-config.php:1) in /homepages/14/d399550539/htdocs/wordpress/wp-login.php on line 349
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/14/d399550539/htdocs/wordpress/wp-config.php:1) in /homepages/14/d399550539/htdocs/wordpress/wp-login.php on line 361 etc…
I have not altered the wp-config file other than putting the database info in. To be sure I dowloaded it again and it was still the same results.
On my home page i can see the basic website without the theme but i cant login to admin without the “cannot modify headers…” messages

Try switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
Hi Esmi,
Not quite sure what you mean but thanks for the early response.
How do i switch? Do you mean rename the “theme1521” folder which i have added or copy it and call the copy something else.
This is done through expression web as i cant get to an admin panel or login.
Do you mean rename the “theme1521” folder
Yes.
Hi Esmi,
The link you put on for a thread pointed to ‘here’
Can you please re-send the thread you were referring too.
Many thanks
Paul
Hi Esmi,
Forget the last comment it was a link in the email that threw me.
I have tried renameing the folders and it hasn’t made any difference.
Whilst the messages are still suggesting that there is something wrong,
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/14/d399550539/htdocs/wordpress/wp-config.php:1) in /homepages/14/d399550539/htdocs/wordpress/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 866
I wondered if you add a theme in then how is it selected. Does it need switching on somehow?
Anyway, still cant get into this wordpress to have a go.

Which folder did you rename? Do you have an unedited twentyeleven folder in wp-content/themes?
Hi Esmi,
I decided to erase everything and start again, again, but this time instead of altering the config file first I let wordpress do it for me and it created the file. This seemed to work for loading up WOrdpress however i am now stuck with my theme as it has not loaded up as it should have done.
I am stuck with the SQL notepad file as i cant get it onto the phpadmin database.
however i am now stuck with my theme as it has not loaded up as it should have done.
Sorry? Can you elaborate?
The template sql file will not import into PHPadmin and it looks nothing like the template it should with no images or pages set up.
When I load the file this appears:
SQL query:

Why are you trying to import an sql file?
Hi Esmi,
On the instructions it says:
Next, you can import the dump file with the phpMyAdmin tool or some other database management tool.
When I go into phpmyadmin and try and upload the ‘theme1516.sql file’ it doesn’t allow it giving the message i posted earlier.
The theme loads but has no pages or media etc on it. Have tried to re-install everything again but no luck.
I thought the sql file would have posted in the structure of the template.
I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you really need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.
