Uploading plugin file after edit, site and admin are blank

I was going back and forth editing a plugin file, and they were all minor php edits. After uploading one, the page went blank and the site is gone. I’ve tried searching for this, and I uploaded new wp-admin, wp-includes, index.php, looked for a cache to clear and didn’t find one, and checked to see if my mySQL tables are still there, which they are.

Any other simple fixes someone can recommend, short of deleting everything? My site was/is pretty customized so I can’t really afford to start over.

Is is possible my trial and error php editing (I know very little) caused the whole thing to come down just from one file?

If so, can I just “un-plug” my plugin from the backend somehwere?

I appreciate any help.
