[NSFW] changing location of menu tabs

Hi, This question might be complicated but I’d like to know how to move the menu tabs on my website from where they are now to between the header and the pagination. I’d also like it to start on the left side instead of the right side.

On top of that I’m wondering how I can remove the gap at the top of the site. I’d like the top of the page to be the header and not the menu.

forgot to mention I’m using the adventure journal theme.
