[Plugin: Theme My Login] Support forum moderator is trite and dismissive

    I could not get the plugin to work properly.
    I posted a question and when his answer was “Sorry, this has nothing to do with us.” Period. No suggestions. Not even a “good luck.”
    I thought it might be nice to offer some kind of suggestion as to what I could do to alleviate the problem, or at least point me in the right direction. I don’t know—it just came off as boorish and unfriendly.
    But you sure do see that “Donate” button a lot while using this plugin.

    I’m sorry, but I do not have the time to help every single person, especially when the question is not related to TML. You said that your theme is displaying another login form. If you use the default theme, you’ll see just one. So, again, this has nothing to do with TML.

    Also, I no longer accept donations and haven’t for some time. Even if I still did, the donations are appreciated for the countless hours put into developing the plugin, not the countless hours of free support that I also provide.
