WordPress failure notice

    I am having an issue with the my site. Everytime I go to add a page, post or anything for that matter I get this failure notice.

    Are you sure you want to do this?
    Please try again.

    I have disabled all plug ins and reinstalled the basic 2011 theme and still no solution. i also reinstalled wordpress 3.3.1

    I have several other site running and they seem fine so i would just like some help.
