Background upload not working in Twenty Ten theme

    I attempted to upload my own background in the WordPress Twenty Ten theme, from the “Appearance > Background” section of the dashboard. When the file completes its upload, the preview shows up blank. I save the changes and no background appears, only the color I have specified on that same “Background” page. I have edited the code of this theme using the “Editor”, but even before doing anything to the code I encountered this exact issue. Thanks!

    Hey, I’m not sure exactly what happened when you tried to upload the background image. The current background being called out by the code is: http://www.jimchelius.com/uploads/2012/03/background_gradient2.jpg which redirects to one of your pages.

    You might try FTPing to your site and directly uploading the background image you’re trying to use, then refer to that image in your style sheet under body.custom-background

    If you give that a try, update us on how that works out. I’ll check in to see if I can help further.
