Messed up a php page and now cannot access site
-
I’m using the Sandbox theme on my site as I’m attempting to redesign my blog. Note the word “attempting”, it’s an important one.
I don’t know much code, HTML and CSS are pretty much my only website-like skill. So naturally, like an idiot, I went into the “functions.php” page, which is full of php and changed one little thing and now every page on my website, including the back end stuff and the wp-home/wp-admin/ bit is completely messed up.
The only thing I’m getting is this
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/lazybunny/sarah-bates.co.uk/wp-home/wp-content/themes/sandbox/functions.php on line 16”
I would very much like to have the site back up and running soon… Fortunately I backed up all my posts before digging around in the back end so all that lot is safe.
I am at a complete loss at what to do from here. Any help would be much appreciated!
