[Plugin: Wysija Newsletters] Confirmation Page issue

Hi,

I’m testing Wysija Newsletter, and have high hopes for it.

However, my Confirmation Page doesn’t seem to be working. The confirmation page title and content that are indicated in settings don’t appear. Instead, [wysija_page] is displayed.
