Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

So I did what you advised Esmi and it seems that the Advanced Video Plugin was causing the issue. I got that one permanently deactivated. Thanks!

Hi,
So, I received 4 new comments but all of a sudden I cannot delete, approve, mover them trash, spam nor unspam them. The tick buttons are all missing and the options to delete/approve is gone when I hover over the comments in wordpress dashboard (comments panel).
I know it’s not a browser issued because I tried logging in all browsers (Mozilla, Opera, Chrome and IE) but still the tick buttons won’t show. I tried bulk deleting them but the page just reloads and nothing else happens.
Also, when it comes to approved comments, I cannot un-approve them as well nor can I delete them. Please tell me what’s going on. I have wordpress 3.3.1, here’s the website: http://easysmallbusinesshr.com.
Also, I tried doing a test comment by commenting on one of the articles but that comment never went through. So apparently, I’m not receiving any new message as well.
Hope someone can help on this one.
