[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Does File Upload Work?

    Does the file upload on Contact Form 7 V3.1.1 work with the latest version of wordpress?

    I cannot get a file to upload and send (spinning arrows, but no upload or send).

    I just need to know if it *should* work, so I know if I need to keep investigating, or if I should stop trying.
